About San Juan R/C Park
Our Facility, San Juan Radio Control Park, is generously provided and maintained by the
City of Farmington Parks & Recreation Department.
We enjoy a paved 650 X 60 foot runway, large pit area, hover pad and a covered spectator area.
We also have a radio control car dirt off road track that was added in 1997.
Work has been completed on a control line circle in the fall of 2003, which
gives our control line pilots a concrete pad and 60 foot diameter
sod grassed runway and is bordered by a safety cable.
The R/C Park is located on Ojo Court which is off Bisti Highway (NM 371).
Take 371 across the river and just past Consolidated Constructors Company take the next
right onto Ojo. If you pass Farmington Sand and Gravel ... you went past Ojo.
The Park is open for use during day light hours 7 days a week. Peak flying times are
weekends. We are an AMA club and follow AMA rules and safety guidelines.
